Tom Dutton MCITP

My name is Tom Dutton. I have been involved in the Information Technology field for 9 years. My skills include networking, Windows administration, hardware and software configuration, data backup and recovery, and general system troubleshooting. I currently hold a Secret Security Clearance and am an IAT (Information Assurance Technology) Level II Department of Defense (DOD) Contracted employee. I am a Microsoft Certified IT Professional and am CompTIA Security + Certified. Although not certified I am also proficient in the Linux family of Operating Systems as well. In addition to Windows I work with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), UBUNTU, and the Community ENTerprise Operating System (CENTOS) on a daily basis. System and network troubleshooting are my passion. Whether it is finding a faulty connection in a home patch panel, tracking down a bad CAT 5e cable, or changing settings on your PC I can do it. I can troubleshoot your network, whether it be wired or wireless, from start to finish and have you up and running so you can enjoy the wonders of the digital age. I never charge a service call fee. I always provide no risk, no obligation, free estimates. Even if I start work on your problem my guarantee states, "If I can't fix it you don't pay!"
